2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at sales@pactoolsusa.com or by calling 262-282-2456 If the order is successfully cancelled, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow our return process to return the item for a refund.

3. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate a return request within 30 Days of receiving the item.
  • How to Return: To return an item, contact us at sales@pactoolsusa.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number with your returned item. The return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
  • Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including:
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

  • Sale or clearance items.

    • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
